Terry’s no-nonsense yet sympathetic approach has helped countless clients at crisis points in their careers, steering them through their dilemmas, restoring their self-belief, giving them back their mojo.

Coach is a fascinating, engaging and frequently funny account of how she does it. Ten case histories include a football star whose professional life turned into a series of own goals, an introvert trying to make her mark in a world full of less able but much louder extroverts, and a loving but ambitious working mum trying to reconcile babies and boardroom. For the reader, it’s a master class in how to identify your career potholes, steer around them and be who you want to be.
